Three ways to work together.
Month to month, no contract, cancel whenever it stops being useful. Nothing is sold on this website — we talk first, and I only take you on if I think I can help.
Monthly coaching
Your week, written and delivered every Sunday, then rewritten from what you actually ran. This is the core of what I do.
- A new week every Sunday
- Rewritten from your logs
- Email check-ins answered within a day
- Race-specific pacing and taper
- Adjustments for travel, illness, bad weeks
- Cancel any time
Race build
Everything above, plus a much shorter line between us during the week. For a goal race with a number attached to it.
- Everything in monthly coaching
- Text access during the week
- Monthly 30-minute call or video
- Feedback workout by workout
- Full race-day plan: pacing, fueling logistics, warmup
Plan build
A full twelve weeks written out in one go, for runners who want structure without an ongoing relationship.
- Intake call and history review
- Twelve weeks, week by week
- Pace ranges from your current fitness
- Written purpose for every workout
- One follow-up to adjust after week one
About the intro rate: I'm opening a limited number of spots, so monthly coaching and race build are discounted while they last. Sign on at the intro price and it stays your price for as long as you're coached. High school and college athletes take another 20% off — just mention it when you reach out.
What you get regardless of which one you pick.
The tiers differ in how often we talk and how fast the plan reacts. The coaching underneath them doesn't change.
- A plan written by me, for you — not generated and lightly edited
- Paces built from an honest read of where your fitness is today
- Mileage that respects your injury history and your calendar
- Strength and mobility guidance sized to the running, not a second program
- Fueling and nutrition guidance whenever you want to talk about it
- A straight answer about your goal race and whether the timeline works
- No contract, no onboarding fee, no upsells
Questions people ask first.
- Do I have to be in Arkansas?
- No. Coaching runs over email, text, and calls, so location only matters for meeting up in person. If you're local to central Arkansas, I'm glad to run a workout with you.
- I'm slow. Is that a problem?
- Not remotely. Most of the runners I want to work with are rebuilding or brand new to structure. Pace is a starting point, not a qualification.
- What do you need from me?
- Log your runs somewhere I can see them — Strava, a spreadsheet, a photo of a notebook, whatever you'll actually keep up with — and tell me the truth about how the week felt.
- How do I pay?
- We sort that out directly after the first conversation. There's no checkout on this site and no payment details pass through it.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, no penalty. Let me know before the next month starts and that's the end of it.
Not sure which one fits?
Tell me your race and your schedule and I'll tell you which plan I'd put you on — or whether you need one at all yet.
